When you submit a request using the property search feature it is sent to a third party IDX broker (IDX Media). We do not require any personal information to perform a basic property search or community information request.

If you would like to receive further information on selected property or take advantage of a particular feature (email alerts, favorites) you are required to register and supply your email address, name and phone number. This information is not shared with or sold to any third parties and is only used to fulfill your request(s). Your contact information is kept confidential.

If you are using the contact form we again require your first and last names as well as your email address. If and only if you opt to be placed on the Your Real Estate Shop mailing list will we send you unsolicited emails.

In addition, when you browse our site via yourrealestateshop.com, the browser you are using (for example, Internet Explorer or Netscape) automatically sends us information about the browser version and computer operating system you are using.

When you perform a property search we record your search criteria by using several cookies (a small text file that yourrealestateshop.com assigns to your web browser) containing the zip code(s) you searched for, number of beds and baths, and price range. You may easily delete or disable this cookie in your browser and we only use it to make your browsing experience more efficient.
